These terms govern your use of UZ Art (the «Service»). By using the Service you agree to them. This is a starting template — review it with a qualified professional before relying on it.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service.

2. Your content and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the images and prompts you submit, and for having the rights and consents needed to use them.
• You must follow our Content Policy at all times. Prohibited content is blocked and may lead to account suspension.
• You keep ownership of the images you upload. We process them only to provide the Service.

3. Service availability

The Service is provided «as is». Generation depends on third-party model providers and may occasionally be slow, unavailable or produce unexpected results. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

4. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your account settings; we do not refund partial billing periods already paid.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
