Content Policy

UZ Art is a tool for legitimate photo editing and generation. To keep the service safe and within the rules of our model providers, the following are strictly prohibited.

Not allowed, ever

• Any content that sexualises minors. This includes real, illustrated, animated or AI-generated depictions, and applies even with a parent or guardian's consent.
• Non-consensual or impersonation content. Editing a real person's photos into situations they did not consent to — including «deepfakes», undressing, or defamatory imagery — is forbidden.
• Uploading images of anyone under 18 for any purpose.
• Content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that violates someone's privacy or rights.

Consent for other people's photos

If you upload photos of another person, you must have their explicit permission. You are responsible for making sure that permission is valid under the laws that apply to you.

Adults only

The service is for people aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). You may not let a minor use the service or your account.

How we enforce this

Prompts and uploads are checked before any generation runs, and we may block or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. We may also report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
